摘要
某民国老厂房建于1922年,由于时代局限性,设计时未考虑抗震设防.通过现场结构检测,对房屋的抗震能 力进行了结构计算分析,并给出了相应的加固措施和建议,可为类似工程的抗震鉴定与加固提供参考.
An old workshop was constructed in 1922,back in the era of Republic of China,whose architectural design was in absence of seismic consciousness due to limitations back in that age. The value of this paper lies in that via precise on-site test work on the structural system of the building and analysis of seismic calculation re-sult. Practical proposals of strengthening scheme to the building are raised,for future references to similar pro-jects.
