摘要
为贯彻执行国家有关建筑工程、防灾减灾的法律法规,有效判别既有重要公共建筑抗震的安全性,排除险 情,减少人员伤亡,特对苏北新沂市重点设防类的医院及公共建筑进行现场调査、实体检测、建立抗震分析模型.通 过进行抗震性能排查及防灾性能分析,结果显示新沂市大部分重点设防类建筑存在相关施工资料不齐全、结构体系 混乱、建筑材料不合格、施工工艺不规范、耐久性不良、抗震构造措施不满足现行规范要求等安全问题.最后针对被 调查分析的建筑存在的问题给出合理化的规划、抗震及加固建议,为国家重点设防类建筑的抗震排查、鉴定及加固 提供参考.
In order to carry out the relevant national laws and regulations on construction engineering, disaster prevention and mitigation, it is effective to judge the safety of earthquake resistance in important public build-ings, eliminate dangerous situations, reduce casualties, and carry out special hospitals and public buildings for important fortification in the city of Xinyi, northern Jiangsu province by site investigation, physical testing and the establishment of seismic analysis model. Through the analysis of seismic performance and disaster perfor-mance analysis, the results show that most of the important construction projects are related to incomplete con-struction materials, chaotic structure, unqualified construction materials, irregular construction technology, poor durability and seismic construction measures do not meet the existing regulatory requirements and other security issues in Xinyi city. Finally, according to the problems existing in the investigation and analysis of the building, the paper gives reasonable planning, seismic and reinforcement proposals, which provides reference for the seis-mic investigation, identification and reinforcement for the important fortified buildings in our country.
