摘要
使用 A 型脉冲式超声波探伤仪对钢焊缝内部缺陷深度定量的方法有很多,但都存在着一定的局限性.为得 到精确的定量方法,本文提出了使用仪器显示屏上的闸门线截取振幅一深度曲线定量的方法,减小了检査人员主观 因素对定量结果的影响.在提高定量精度方面,利用数理统计对实验数据处理,得到了钢焊缝内部缺陷定量的最优 声强值.检测时将仪器显示屏上闸门线高度控制在最优声强范围内,提高缺陷定量的精度.
There are some limitations of quantitative method when using A pulse type ultrasonic flaw detector of steel weld internal defect. For getting accurate quantitative method, the method of intercepting instrument display amplitude - quantitative depth curve line is used, reducing the subjective factors influence of inspectors on quantitative results. In regard to improve the quantitative accuracy, the mathematical statistic knowledge for ex-perimental data processing is used, then the good steel weld interned defect quantitative optimal sound intensity value has been found. E the screen height gate line of the instrument is controlled within the scope of the optimal sound intensity, the accuracy of defects quantitatively is improved.
