摘要
目的分析剖宫产后对母乳喂养产生影响的主要因素,探讨对该类产妇行针对性护理的价值。方法选取2015年2月—2016年5月进入该院产科行剖宫产的56名产妇分为常规组(常规护理28例)、干预组(针对性护理28例),对比2组产后泌乳及母乳喂养情况。结果影响剖宫产产妇产后母乳喂养的因素主要为心理障碍、体位受限、手术切口疼痛等;护理后,干预组母乳喂养率为89.29%,常规组为42.86%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),产后48、72 h,干预组产妇泌乳评分明显高于对照组,产后24、48 h,干预组产妇泌乳率分别为75.00%和78.57%,对照组分别为64.29%和53.57%,干预组泌乳评分及泌乳率均明显高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行剖宫产后,诸多因素均会对产妇母乳喂养产生一定影响,加强行针对性护理,可有效提高母乳喂养率。
Objective To analyze the main influence factors of breast feeding after cesarean section and study the value of targeted nursing. Methods 56 cases of delivery women with cesarean section in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, including the routine group 28 case and intervention group 28 case, respectively treated with routine nursing and targeted nursing, and the postpartum lactation and breast feeding situation were compared between the two groups. Results The major influence factors of breast feeding after delivery were mental disorder, body position limitation and operative incision pains, after nursing, the breast feeding rate in the intervention group and in the routine group was respectively 89.29% and 42.86%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）, while the lactation score of delivery women in the intervention after 48 h and 72 h were obviously higher than those in the control group,In the postpartum 24,48 h,the intervention group and the control group were compured（75.00%, 78.57% vs 64.29%, 53.57%）, and the lactation score and lactation rate in the intervention group were obviously higher than those in the routine group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Results Most factors can have a certain effect on the breast feeding of delivery women after cesarean section, and enhancing the targeted nursing can effectively improve the breast feeding rate.
