摘要 在序批式反应器中探究了不同浓度氧化锌纳米材料(ZnO NPs)对污水生物强化除磷的影响。结果表明:(1)低质量浓度(1mg/L)ZnO NPs对污水生物除磷影响不明显,而高质量浓度(32mg/L)ZnO NPs能明显降低生物除磷效率(除磷效率仅为55%左右)。(2)高浓度ZnO NPs的存在能抑制厌氧释磷和好氧吸磷。32mg/L ZnO NPs作用下聚磷菌相对丰度仅为21.6%,明显低于空白组,与除磷相关的酶活也明显低于空白组。 The effect of different concentrations of ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) on biological phosphorus removal (BPR) in sequencing batch reactor was investigated. Experimental results showed that: (1) low mass concentration of ZnO NPs (1 mg/L) caused no obvious effect on BPR,however,high mass concentration of ZnO NPs (32 mg/L) significantly decreased the efficiency of BPR, and the BPR efficiency decreased to 55%. (2) High concentration of ZnO NPs inhibited the anaerobic phosphorus release and oxic phosphorus uptake. When the mass concentration of ZnO NPs was 32 mg/L,the abundance of phosphorus accumulating organisms was only 21.6 %,which was much lower than that in blank. Additionally,the key enzymes activities related to phosphorus removal in the presence of high ZnO NPs were also lower than those in blank.
