热泵技术在河东煤矿的应用实例

摘要 针对煤矿冬季采暖所存在的环境污染问题,通过采取回风换热器提取回风热能作为热泵机组的低温热能等措施,实现利用热泵技术替代燃煤锅炉解决煤矿建筑物的供暖。热泵系统机组运行稳定,自动化程度高,故障率低,节约了维修费用,同时达到了节能减排的目的。 Aiming at the environmental pollution in coal thine heating in winter, through extracting the heat energy of return air by heat exchanger as low temperature heat, the coal-fired boiler is replaced by heat pump technology to provide heating for coal mine building. The heat pump system has the advantages of stable operation, high automation and low failure rate, which saves the maintenance cost and achieves the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
