摘要
采用ICP-AES法对棱柄马鞍菌无机元素含量进行检测,并对数据进行相关性及主成分分析,以分析山西省芦芽山棱柄马鞍菌子实体和菌丝体中的无机元素含量。结果表明,棱柄马鞍菌子实体和菌丝体中的无机元素含量相当,重金属含量符合国家食品安全标准。可用棱柄马鞍菌菌丝体代替子实体进行生产和再加工,以填补目前棱柄马鞍菌人工驯化栽培的空白。
To establish a method for simultaneous analysis on the inorganic elements in fruiting body and mycelium of Helvella lacunosa by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum instrument(ICP-AES),the sample solutions were analyzed by ICP-AES after microwave digestion.The data of correlations,principal components,and cluster were analyzed with the SPSS 16.0 software,which can be used to analyze the inorganic element content of Helvella lacunose of Shanxi province in both mycelia and fruiting body.The results showed that sixteen inorganic elements in Helvella lacunosa were determined.And there were some correlations among the inorganic elements.The contents of K,Fe and Na were abundant.The content of heavy metals and harmful elements should be caused for concern.The results showed that the contents of inorganic elements in the fruiting body and mycelia were equivalent,and the content of heavy metals was in accordance with the national food safety standard.The experiment proved that the mycelia can be used as the substitute for the fruiting body to produce and reprocess,and the results would fill blank in artificial domestication cultivation of Helvella lacunose in present.
