摘要
民族地区经济发展滞后,贫困人口较多。同时,民族地区绿色产业资源丰富,但在实践中却未得到充分利用。通过在民族地区发展绿色产业,有助于合理配置绿色产业资源,促进当地经济的发展,助力当地民族摆脱贫困。在民族地区积极发展绿色产业,应坚持资源优化配置原则和政府适当干预原则,完善财政资金转移支付制度、专项补贴制度、税收优惠制度、融资制度、信用保险制度等。
The economic development of the minority areas is backward, the distribution of the poor population is wide,At the same time, the region is rich in green industry, but it has not been fully utilized in practice. The development of green industry in ethnic areas is to contribute to the rational allocation of green industry resources, promote local economic development, to help the local people to get rid of poverty. The development of green industry should adhere to the principle of optimal allocation of resources and appropriate government intervention principle, perfect financial transfer payment system,special subsidy system, tax system, financing system, credit insurance system.
