摘要
目的:观察中药复方改善痰热扰心型中风后睡眠障碍的效果。方法:60例痰热扰心型中风后睡眠障碍患者随机分为2组进行治疗,对照组给予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组给予中药复方和艾司唑仑治疗。观察比较治疗前后2组患者的临床疗效,记录并比较治疗前后2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评价量表(PSQI)改善情况。结果:治疗组显效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组PSQI评分均较治疗前下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方有助于改善痰热扰心型中风后睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,是安全有效的方法之一。
Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound on sleep disorder after stroke due to phlegm heat harassing heart type. Methods： 60 cases of phlegm heat disturbance heart stroke patients with sleep disorder were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given Estazolam Tablets therapy, treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine compound and estazolam. To observe the clinical curative effect comparison of 2 groups before and after treatment were recorded and compared before and after treatment was evaluated in 2 groups of Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale （ PSQI ） to improve the situation. Results： the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the PSQI scores of the 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese herbal compound is helpful to improve the sleep quality of patients with sleep disorder after stroke due to phlegm heat disturbance, and it is a safe and effective method.
