摘要
目的探讨药师如何通过对心理因素的分析改善提升药学服务质量。方法查阅相关文献,并且通过实际工作进行分析讨论。结果患者的用药疗效以及依从性受到自身情绪和心理状态的影响;自身的性格年龄、教育水平、生活环境也会影响用药的依从性和疗效;医务人员以及其他人的言行也会通过心理暗示对用药效果和依从性产生影响。结论药学工作者不仅应掌握基本的用药知识,还需通过心理学知识,加强与患者沟通,提高患者的用药依从性,使药物更好地发挥其生理效应。
Objective To discuss how pharmacists may improve pharmaceutical service by analyzing the psychological factors. Methods The literatures related to the psychological effects on drug efficiency were reviewed and analyzed based on clinical practice. Results The efficacy and compliance were influenced by individual emotions, followed by characteristics, educational level, living circumstance, and behaviors and statements of paramedics. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should focus more on patients, psychological well being during pharmaceutical service.
