摘要
目的掌握曲阜市蜱类的种群分布、活动规律及侵害状况。方法采用布旗法和体表查捉法分别调查野外游离蜱和动物体表寄生蜱,并进行分类鉴定。结果在宿主动物和环境中分别捕获蜱294和62只,经鉴定均为长角血蜱。在所调查的458只(头)宿主动物中,阳性宿主130只(头),侵害率为28.38%。结论调查采集到的356只蜱均为长角血蜱,是当地的优势种,夏、秋季为活动高峰期。
Objective To master the population distribution,activity rhythm and invasion status of ticks in Qufu City.Methods The parasitic ticks were collected from the host skin by hand or tweezer.The free ticks were collected manually with white cloth from the grassland or shrubbery.The collected ticks were identified and classified.Results There were 294 and 62 ticks collected in the host animal and in the environment respectively.The collected ticks were Haemaphysalis longicornis.There were 130 positive hosts out of 458 host animals with the positive rate of 28. 38%.Conclusion The collected 356 ticks were H. longicornis,which was the dominant species. The density peak appeared in summer and autumn.
