摘要 反硝化作用是湿地生态系统实现脱氮功能的最主要过程,对湿地生态系统氮循环及生态环境可产生重要影响。不同类型湿地土壤反硝化速率存在明显差异,湿地土壤反硝化作用的环境影响因子较多且作用方式复杂。目前,针对湿地土壤反硝化作用的测定手段日益丰富,但由于方法本身的缺陷和测定对象的复杂性,一定程度地影响了测定结果的准确性,因此比较分析不同反硝化速率测定方法的优缺点,有利于更好地把握测定方法的适用性。文章比较了不同类型湿地土壤的反硝化速率,探讨了湿地土壤反硝化速率影响因子的作用途径和效应,并对^(1 5)N同位素技术、乙炔抑制法、N_2产生测定法和硝酸盐剩余法等常用测定方法进行比较和探讨,最后总结当前研究的不足并提出了今后应加强研究的方向。 Denitrification, the major nitrogen removal process in wetland ecosystem, could exert a sig- nificant impact on the nitrogen cycles and coo-environment of wetland ecosystems. There are obvious differences of denitrification rates among different wetland ecosystems, and the effects of various envi- ronmental factors affecting denitrification rates in wetland soils are complicated. At present, the meas- urement means of wetland soil denitrification has become increasingly rich, but because of the defects of the method itself and the complexity of the research object, the accuracy of measurement results has been affected inevitably, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different measurement methods of denitrification rate could help for better grasping the applicability of each method. This paper compared the denitrification rates in different wetland ecosystems and discussed the pathways and effects of environmental influence factors for denitrification rates in wetland soils. Then the common measurement methods of denitrification rates were compared and discussed, including the 15N isotope technique, acetylene inhibition method, direct N2 measurement method and nitrate residual method. Finally, the shortcomings of current researches were summarized and the future research directions were strength- ened.
