摘要
为了寻求高纯无水InCl_3的最佳制备工艺,提高高纯无水InCl3,的纯度、减少其含水量以及降低生产成本,以金属铟和氯气作为原料,采用金属铟直接氯化法制备高纯无水InCl_3,分析不同温度、时间下产物的转化率及铟含量,确定最佳反应条件。试验表明,加热至650℃反应时间为3 h时,可以生产出纯度为99.9%的高纯无水InCl_3,其产率可达94.1%。由此说明,用金属铟直接氯化法可以制得高纯无水InCl_3,并可运用于实际生产。
The paper was aimed at looking for optimum preparation process to improve the purity, reduce water content and lower production cost of high-purity anhydrous InCl3. The high-purity anhydrous InCl3 was made by metal indium direct chlorination process using metal indium and chlorine gas as raw material. The convertion ratio of product and indium content under different temperature and reaction duration were analyzed to confirm the best reaction conditions. The test result showed that the productivity about 94. 1% of anhydrous InCl3 with purity 99.99% was produced when temperature was kept at 650 ℃ for 3 h. Thus, using metal indium direct chlorination process can produce high-purity anhydrous InCl3 and can be applied to practical production.
