摘要 镉化合物是环境中存在的毒性最强的污染物之一,进入机体后,对生物组织器官有着广泛的毒性损伤作用,尤其是肝脏和肾脏。姜黄素是从植物姜黄中提取的主要有效成分,具有显著的抗氧化性能。近年研究发现,姜黄素对镉诱导的肝肾损伤具有一定的保护作用,从而引起国内外同行的关注。论文综述了姜黄素对镉诱导肝肾损伤的保护作用和其相关机制,以期为进一步研究姜黄素的保护作用提供参考。 Cadmium (Cd) is one of the most toxic metal compounds released the environment.Once Cd enters into the body,it causes massive toxic effects,especially hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity.Curcumin is an active ingredient extracted from Curcuma longa L.Curcumin has excellent antioxidant properties.In recent years,it has been found that curcumin has a protective effect on cadmium-induced liver and kidney damages.In this paper,the protective effects of curcumin on cadmium-induced hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity and underling mechanisms were reviewed.for providing reference for further study on the protective effect of curcumin.
