基于计算机模拟的光伏电池涂层参数与高温吸收率的关系

摘要 在国内外学者研究的基础上,从理论和实验方面,研究材料、陶瓷的金相组成、结构等与高温吸收涂层效率的关系。对双吸收层涂层Mo-Al2O3,计算其膜层变化和金属体积分数改变对涂层吸收和发射比的影响,结果显示,膜层厚度和Mo在吸收层占的体积比例对涂层的吸收比和发射比有很大的差异性;其次,选择控制因子是关键,它可以提高涂层的吸收比,并且控制涂层发射比。 Based on the recent domestic and international research, from the and experimental aspects, the relationship between structure and metallurgical composition of materials and ceramics and the soar-thermal conversion efficiency was discussed. The influence of the change of coating thickness and metal volume fraction of the double-layer Mo-Al2 O3 on the absorptance and emittance was studied. The results show that coating thickness and metal volume fraction of Mo have a different influence on the absorptance and emittance. Besides, choosing the right control factor is important, which can improve the absorptance of the absorber and control the emittance.
