主链含苯环十字型硅钛树脂的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of cruciform silicon-titanium resin containing benzene rings in main chains

摘要 采用1,4-双(二甲基羟基硅基)苯为原料,以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,合成主链含苯环十字型硅钛树脂。利用红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、凝胶渗透色谱及元素分析对合成的树脂进行结构表征,利用热重分析研究产物的热性能,并讨论了反应温度和溶剂类型对产物的影响。结果表明:主链含苯环十字型硅钛树脂的初始分解温度为270℃,800℃的残留率约为62%;反应温度选择50℃,溶剂采用四氢呋喃;与不含苯环的硅钛树脂相比,主链含苯环十字型硅钛树脂的初始分解温度较低,最终残留率很高,热稳定性优异。 Cruciform silicon-titanium resin whose main chains contain benzene rings was synthesized with 1,4-bis(dimethylhydroxysilyl)benzene as feedstock and tetrabutyl titanate as titanium resource. The structure of the resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, gel permeation chromatograph and elemental analysis. The thermal properties of the product was observed by thermogravimetry analyzer. The effects of experimental temperature and solvents on the resin were discussed as well. The experimental results show that the initial decomposition temperature of cruciform silicon-titanium resin whose main chains containing benzene rings is 270 ℃and the residual amount is about 62% at 800 ℃. The optimal synthetic temperature is 50 ℃ and the solvent is selected as tetrahydrofuran. The resin synthesized has high final residual amount and performs excellently in thermal property, whose initial decomposition temperature is low.
