我国在"十三五"时期将开展一场环境管理体制革新,环境保护工作正面临一种新的形势变化,环境监察执法工作必须实现根本性转变,以适应新常态要求。作为一名环境监察执法人员,怎样做好本职工作,已成为环境保护部门面对亟待解决的问题。
