摘要
对企业竞争战略过程当中的人力资源管理研究,一直都是学界非常关注的一个课题。在未来的发展过程中,只有充分的调动人力资源管理的积极性,才能够充分挖掘人力资源本身的竞争性,进一步调动企业生产的积极性。针对当前企业员工的结构状况,特别是针对企业中高管理层以及青年工人等一线生产者之间的关系,需要进一步的推动人力资源管理的变革,从而有助于企业的可持续发展,在竞争日益激烈的市场环境当中取得一席之地。
It has always been a subject of great concern in the academic field to study the human resource management in the corporate competition strategy. In the future development, only by fully encouraging the initiatives of human resources management can an enterprise tap the potential competitive advantages of its human resources and arouse their productive enthusiasm. Considering the current structure of enterprise employees, especially the relationship between the middle and high level managers and the young front-line workers, it is necessary for enterprises to further promote innovation in human resources management so as to achieve the sustainable development and gain a foothold in the increasingly competitive market environment.
