Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive surgery combined with suction on the quality of life and neurological function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment methods were divid- ed into the control group and the observation group two groups, each group of 48 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with routine craniotomy, the observation group were treated with minimally invasive surgery combined with surgical treatment, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results 7 days after surgery, patients with neu- rological deficit scores were significantly lower than the control group(P〈O.05). Patients in the observation group of the in- cidence of postoperative complications was 20.83%, significantly lower than 58.33% in the control group (P〈0.05). The physiological function, 6 months of observation group of patients with postoperative vitality, mental health, body pain, gen- eral health, social function and emotional function, quality of life scores were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery combined with intubation suction can significantly improve the neurological function defect of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, im- prove the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
