摘要
目的探究在真菌性阴道炎治疗的过程中,使用祛痒止带汤雾化联合双唑泰栓治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2014年9月至2016年9月收治的80例真菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用双唑泰栓治疗,观察组采用祛痒止带汤雾化联合双唑泰栓治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组患者的77.5%(P<0.05);两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论祛痒止带汤雾化联合双唑泰栓治疗真菌性阴道炎效果好于单纯使用双唑泰栓治疗,在提高患者治疗有效率的同时,不会增加患者出现不良反应的可能性,故值得临床借鉴。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Quyang zhidai decoction combined with metronidazole clotrimazole in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with fungal vaginitis admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metronidazole clotrimazole and the observation group was treated by Quyang decoction combined with metronidazole clotrimazole. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group（ P 0.05）. There was no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Quyang zhidai decoction combined with metronidazole clotrimazole has better curative effect in the treatment of fungal vaginitis than simply using metronidazole clotrimazole, which can improve effective rate without increasing the adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical reference.
