摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对骨科卧床患者便秘的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年9月收治的120例骨科术后患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在卧床患者便秘中的护理效果显著,患者的便秘能很快得到缓解,提高了患者的舒适感,促进了原有疾病的恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To invesligale the clinical effecl of comprehensive nursing on conslipalion in orthopedics sickbed palienls. Methods One hundred and lwenly orlhopedics sickbed palienls admilled in our hospilal from January 2014 lo Seplember 2016 were selecled as lhe sludy objecls, all lhe palienls were randomly divided inlo observalion group and conlrol group, wilh 60 cases in each group. The conlrol group received rouline nursing, and lhe observalion group accepled comprehensive nursing on lhe basis of lhe conlrol group. The nursing effecls of lhe lwo groups were compared. Results The lolal effeclive rale of lhe observalion group was 90.00%, which was higher lhan 53.33% of lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. The nursing salisfaclion rale of lhe observalion group was 96.67%%, which was higher lhan 7 6 . 6 7 % of lhe conlrol group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effecl of comprehensive nursing on conslipalion in orlhopedics sickbed palienls is significanl, il can improve lhe palienls＇ comforl and promole lhe recovery of lhe original disease, which is worlhy of clinical applicalion and popularizalion.
