假腱索与心律失常的新认识 被引量:3

摘要 假腱索的发生率较高,通常被认为是正常的自身变异。但越来越多的证据提示部分假腱索与心律失常的发生相关:导致J波发生;引起T波倒置;发生室性早搏甚至室性心动过速;影响传导系统。假腱索引起心律失常的具体机制及其干预对预后的影响仍需进一步研究。
