摘要
针对除钼渣中的钨含量测定存在现有操作方法繁琐,易受钼干扰的问题,研究提出了ICP-AES分析方法,分别研究了不同酸分解除钼渣的方式,考察了硫酸-磷酸混合酸的不同用量对仪器测定的影响,对钨最佳分析谱线和发射功率进行了选择,考察了高含量钼及其他杂质元素对钨的干扰情况,与其他分析方法进行了比对,结果显示ICP-AES测定钨能够满足要求。该方法能对试样进行精密度测定,方法的相对标准偏差RSD<2%,回收率可以保持在98%~102%之间。实验表明该方法操作简便、结果准确、干扰少,适用于除钼渣中钨的日常测定。
The contents of tungsten in molybdenum slag was determined directly by ICP-AES, after the sample werecompletely decompose by H2SO4 -H3PO4.The three acid decomposition modes of the sample were compared, theinfluence of different H2SO4-H3PO4 dosage was studied, the optimum analysis spectrum and the transmission powerof tungsten were selected, the interference of Mo and other elements was investigated, the results of ICP-AES canmeet the requirements for the determination of tungsten of compared with other methods analysis. The relativestandard deviation was 1 %~3 %, the recovery for standard addition was 98 %~102 %. This method is simple,rapid, accurate and less interference, and it can be used in the determination of tungsten in molybdenum slag.
