摘要
液氨储罐由于储存介质的危险性,在生产中对其进行有效的安全管理显得尤为重要。本文以液氨储罐火灾爆炸为顶事件,运用故障树(FTA)和层次分析法(AHP)分别对液氨储罐的常见危险性因素进行评价分析,将FTA危险性因素分为四类,分别计算其结构重要度,并与AHP中指标层权重进行对比,结果表明两者一致,并对常见危险因素提出改进措施,为液氨储罐在实际运行中提供参考。
Because of the risk of storage medium,it is very important to carry out effective safety management of liquid ammonia storage tank in practice. The fault tree( FTA) and analytic hierarchy process( AHP) is used to analyze the common risk factors of the liquid ammonia tank. The FTA risk factors are divided into four categories to calculate the structure importance respectively. Compared with the index of AHP layer in weight,the results show that the results are consistent,and the improvement measures of the common risk factors are put forward,providing reference for the actual operation of the liquid ammonia tank in practice.
