摘要
采用紫外可见分光光度法对聚四氢呋喃样品中的抗氧化剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)含量的测定,对其测定条件如最大吸收波长、线性关系等进行探讨,抗氧化剂BTH浓度在0~200 ppm范围内,BHT的浓度和吸光度呈良好的线性关系,其线性系数为0.99996,并在所选择的条件下进行了加标回收率试验和精密度试验,回收率为98.86%~103.2%,研究表明该方法简便、快速、准确,能很好的满足生产要求。
Butylated hydroxytoluene in the polytetrahydrofuran sample was determined by UV visiblespectrophotometry,the measuring conditions of maximum absorption wavelength and linearity were discussed,in the range of 0 ~200 ppm of the concentration of the antioxidant BTH,the concentration of BHT was in good linear relation with the absorbance,the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 99996,the recovery test and the precision test were tested under theselected conditions,the recovery was 98. 86 % ~ 103. 2 %,the research showed that the method was simp le,fast and accurate and can meet production requirements well.
