摘要
现今多数煤炭企业都在管理方面存在一些问题,尤其是经济管理,所以及时创新管理观念,制定相应的管理措施解决经济管理中存在的问题,对煤炭企业的发展具有积极的意义。针对当前我国煤炭企业在经济管理方面存在的一些问题进行了阐述,并就如何促进煤炭企业经济管理提出一些创新性措施。
Nowadays, there are some problems in the management in the majority of coal enterprises, especially in the economic management. So timely innovating management concept and formulating corresponding management measures to solve the existing problems of economic management has the positive significance on the development of coal enterprises. This paper expounds some problems existing in the economic management of coal enterprises in China, and puts forward some innovative measures to promote the economic management of coal enterprises.
