摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视信网事业发展,通过专题会议、发言、讲话对网络文化安全提出了一系列具有战略意义的指导思想。把网络文化安全提升到国家安全底线的战略高度,是习近平网络治理思想的重要内容。网络强国建设既要拥有"过硬技术"的硬实力,又要具备"网络舆论引导"的软实力,同时在维护网络文化安全方面要注重把握舆论引导的时、度、效。
After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, the CPC Centred Committee has paid high attention to the development of the technology and network industry, and put forward a series of strategic guiding ideology for the security of the network culture through meetings, speeches and addresses. The most important content of Xi Jinping＇s network governance thoughts is making the network culture security into a national security bottom line . Strengthening national network not only requires ＂ excellent technology”,but also “guidance of public opinion”,while maintaining timeliness, degree and effectiveness of the guidance of public opinion at the same time.
