摘要
目的探讨现代通讯平台运用于高血压患者出院后续健康教育的效果,评价其效果和推广的可行性。方法选择2013年1月-2014年12月在我院进行高血压初步治疗患者220例,随机分为新型组和常规组,每组110例患者,新型组利用现代通讯平台进行后续健康教育,常规组仅出院前进行健康教育指导。分别在患者出院后3、6、12个月对患者进行随访并血压波动情况检测,评价两种后续教育方式的差异。结果新型组患者能够更好地掌握高血压相关知识,在遵医嘱服药和健康生活方式接受方面明显好于常规组(P<0.05);血压波动情况明显好于常规组(P<0.05);新型组患者12个月的随访率高达99.1%,远高于常规组的89.1%(P<0.05)。结论通过现代通讯平台对高血压患者进行后续健康教育的效果、随访率明显优于常规组,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To discuss the value of health education in treatment of hypertension on modern com-munication tools. Methods A total of 220 patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into new model group and routine group. The routine group received guidance only before discharge, while the new model group received health education with modern communication tools in addition to conventional therapy. To investigate the value of two different methods in treatment of hypertension and to detect fuctuations in blood pressure after patients were discharged 3, 6, 12 months later. Results The patients in the new model group had better mastery of hypertension related knowledge, and were signifcantly better than those in the routine group in terms of medication compliance and healthy lifestyle acceptance (P〈0.05); The fuctuation of blood pressure of new model group was obviously better than that of the routine group (P〈0.05). The follow-up rate of new model group was 99.1% at 12 months, which was much higher than that of the routine group (89.1%)(P〈0.05). Conclu-sion Results and follow-up rate of new model group is superior to the routine group through the modern communica-tions platform for subsequent health education in patients with high blood pressure, which holds promise for clinical application.
