摘要
尽管职业学校投入大量资源,积极融入产业寻求企业合作,但仍难以获得行业企业的主动支持,"剃头挑子一头热"仍是不争的事实,校企合作中职业学校明显处于弱势地位,职业学校承担的校企合作成本、风险,与职业学校享有的权利明显不对称。从专业建设、课程建设、实践教学、师资队伍建设、教学资源建设、合作就业等方面探索校企合作育人中职业学校应有的权利义务具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。
The vocational schools has invested a lot of resources to actively integrate into the industry and seek for cooperation with enterprises,but it is difficult for them to obtain the initiative support from the industrial enterprises. ' Unilateral willingness' is an indisputable fact. The vocational schools remain in a weak position in the school-enterprise cooperation. The costs and risks assumed by vocational schools are asymmetric with their rights. Therefore,it is of great significance and theoretical value to explore the rights and obligations of vocations schools in the school-enterprise cooperative education from various aspects such as professional construction,curriculum construction,practical teaching and construction of teaching faculty,construction of teaching resources,cooperative employment and so on.
