摘要
超宽带功率合成是实现微波毫米波固态大功率发射机的关键技术。针对传统二进制功率合成方式合成效率低、体积大等缺点,提出一种新型同轴波导空间功率合成电路,采用Hecken形式渐变同轴过渡电路、渐变槽线微带过渡电路实现16路功率合成。实测结果表明,在6-18GHz频带内,功率合成器输出功率典型值为150W,电源效率典型值为20%,具有重要的工程应用价值。
Ultra-wideband power combining is the key technology to realize microwave and millimeter wave solid-state high output power transmitter. In view of the low combining efficiency and big volume of traditional binary power combining technique, a new coaxial-waveguide-based power combiner is proposed. The Hecken coaxial tapered circuit and tapered finline arrays with slotline-to-microstrip transition are taken to achieve 16 channels power combining. Test results show that in the 6-18GHz frequency band, the typical value of output power is 150W, the typical value of power efficiency is 20% and the combiner has significant application prospect in engineering.
