摘要
在科学储粮中粮仓内的温湿度一直是两个重要的监测指标,故大型粮仓中布置了大量的温度传感器DS18B20,一旦出现故障,能够快速诊断并且恢复是非常重要的。设计了一套故障自诊断的粮仓温湿度监控系统,硬件采用EEPROM电路来储存传感器的注册码,在软件中充分利用搜索算法的结果进行处理,当发生故障后能够及时通知管理员,且后续维护简单高效,从而为测温系统的故障诊断提供了有效的解决方案。
In the scientific grain storage,the temperature and humidity in the granary are two important monitoring indexes.A glarge number of temperature sensors DS18 B20 are installed in a large granary,in the event of failure,how to quickly diagnose the fault and restore the sensor is a real problem.A granary temperature and humidity monitoring system with self-diagnosis is prestented in this paper,which uses the EEPROM circuit to store sensor registration code,besides,it makes full use of the results of the search algorithm for processing,so it can inform the administrator in a timely manner when a fault occurs and the follow-up maintenance is simple and efficient,so that the temperature system provides an effective solution for failure sensors.
