摘要
安全阀是动车组供风系统中的重要组成部件。介绍了弹簧式安全阀的典型结构、调节圈的作用和安全阀工作原理。针对动车组的特点,对安全阀的连接方式、阀芯结构、阀体结构、压力调整方式进行了改进,对结构改进后的安全阀进行了受力分析,并推导出了开启后阀体上部空气压力的计算方法,用CFX软件进行仿真,得到阀芯的受力情况。
Safety valve is an important component of EMU air supply system.In this paper,the typical structure of spring safety valve,the action of the adjustment ring and the working principle of the safety valve are introduced.According to the characteristics of EMU,the connection method,spool structure,body structure,pressure adjustment method of the safety valve are improved,the force of safety valve is analyzed,the method of calculating the air pressure in the upper part of the valve body after opening is deduced,the CFX software is used to simulate the force of the spool.
