摘要
针对饱和蒸汽在管路分配后干度降低且存在分配不均的现象,使用CFD流体软件对饱和蒸汽经T型分配器后的分配情况进行数值模拟。结果表明,饱和蒸汽经过T型分配器后干度会出现较大幅度的降低,但当蒸汽干度从50%提高至70%时,分配后两支管的蒸汽干度降幅降低。经分析得出分配后蒸汽压力、速度和流量的变化是导致干度发生变化的主要原因,提高蒸汽干度能使蒸汽在分配后干度达到较理想效果,同时也具有一定的节能意义。
In view of the dryness decrease and unequal distribution after the pipeline distribution of saturated steam,CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) software is used to numerically simulate the distribution conditions of saturated steam through the T-type distributor.The result shows that the saturated steam dryness through the T-type distributor is significantly lower,but when the steam dryness increases from 50% to 70%,the reduction degree of the two tubes' steam dryness decreases after distribution.Through analysis it is known that the change of steam pressure,velocity and flow after distribution is the main reason leading to dryness change.Improving the steam dryness can make steam dryness ideal after distribution,and it has a great significance in saving energy at the same time.
