摘要
页岩气作为一种重要的非常规天然气资源已成为我国能源开发的新亮点,全过程污染物防控是实现页岩气可持续开发的关键,其中,高含盐页岩气产出水的经济、高效处理已经成为行业的重点与难点。随着页岩气开发对产出水污染问题的逐渐重视,各种适用及其改良技术逐渐涌现,推动着产出水处理技术不断向经济、高效的方向发展。通过分析比较北美地区及我国页岩气气井产出水处理技术的研究状况与最新发展动态,深入探讨了产出水的物化法、生物法、膜分离法等处置工艺的优缺点,介绍了国外页岩气产出水的处理方式及相关法规,并对我国页岩气气井产出水处理工艺的选择提出建议。
As an important unconventional gas resource,shale gas has become a new bright spot in China's energy development. The contaminant control in the whole process is a key link to realize sustainable exploration of shale gas,among which the efficient and economical treatment of shale gas produced water of the shale gas with high salinity has become the focus and difficulty of the industry. With the pollution problem of produced water of shale gas development is getting more attention,different kinds of suitable and optimized technologies gradually emerge, which promotes the produced water treatment technology to be economic and efficient. Through analyzing and comparing the research conditions and latest progresses in the produced water treatment technology for shale gas wells both in North American and China,the advantages and disadvantages of the physic-chemical method,biological method and membrane separation method of the produced water are deeply discussed,the treatment methods and relevant laws and regulations of shale gas produced water overseas are produced,and then suggestions for the choice about the produce water treatment process of the shale gas wells in China are provided.
