摘要
针对综采工作面过断层区域顶板破碎,煤壁松软,易发生煤壁片帮、冒顶事故的实际问题,综合研究通过注浆加固断层区域工作面前方煤岩体,达到改善力学性能和加强承压能力的目的。西铭矿42211综采工作面回采过程中揭露数条落差较大的逆断层,通过在断层区域实施注浆工艺,工作面顺利地穿越断层,实现安全高效开采。
In view of broken roof, soft coal wall, coal wall collapses and roof falling problems when mechanized working face through the faultareas, proposed by grouting fault areas to reinforce coal and rocks, to improve the mechanical properties and strength the bearing capacity offault areas. 42211 mechanized working face of Xi-Ming coal mine exposed many large gap faults, through grouting technology in fault areas,the working face went through the fault smoothly and achieved safety and efficient mining.
