摘要
目的分析优质护理应用于小儿肺炎护理中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的94例肺炎患儿的临床资料,根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组(47例)与对照组(47例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组基于常规护理给予优质护理。比较两组患儿的治疗效果与护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,研究组患儿的治疗总有效率和护理满意度明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于小儿肺炎护理中的临床效果十分显著,有利于进一步提升治疗效果与护理满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effecl of high quality nursing in children with pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 94 children with pneumonia treated in our hospilal from January 2016 lo December 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The children were divided into study group （47 cases） and control group （47 cases） according lo different nursing methods. The control group was given routine care, lhe study group was given high quality care on lhe basis of routine care, lhe therapeutic effects and nursing satisfaction between lhe lwo groups were compared. Results The lolal effective rale and nursing satisfaction in lhe study group were significantly higher than those in lhe control group, lhe differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effecl of high quality nursing in lhe clinical application of pneumonia in children is very significant, which is helpful lo further improve lhe nursing effecl and nursing satisfaction. Ilis worthy lo be popularized in clinical nursing work.
