摘要
目的探讨回馈式健康教育对甲状腺手术患者术前宣教的应用效果。方法选择进行手术患者84例,通过随机数字表将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。观察组给予回馈式健康教育方法对手术患者进行术前指导,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,记录两组患者宣教内容测评结果、手术前焦虑症状及手术后头痛程度。结果观察组患者术前、术中宣教测评得分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);术前患者焦虑程度比较,观察组较对照组轻(P<0.05);术后两组患者的头痛程度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回馈式健康教育有利于提高健康宣教的效果,缓解患者的术前焦虑情绪,减轻患者手术体位综合征中的头痛症状。
Objective To explore the effect of teach back method on patients with thyroid surgery. Methods 84 cases were selected and divided into control group (n=42) and observation group (n=42) by random number table. Observation group was provided with teach back method, the control group was provided with conventional methods of health education. The results of health education, grade of anxiety and postoperative headache degree were recorded. Results The scores of observation group higher than the control group before surgery and education.(P 〈 0.05); compared with the control group, preoperative anxiety of the observation group patients was less (P 〈 0.05). Compared two groups of patients with headache degree, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The teach back mathod is benefcial to improve the effect of health education, relieve the anxiety of patients before operation and the headache symptoms.
