创设"院风办",明确职能、落实责任,采取综合治理的办法,发挥检查调研、督导督办、处罚教育等职能,起到联通上下、协调左右、沟通内外的枢纽作用,较好地扮演了院风管理专责机构的角色。
To set up a full-time department which oversaw ethos in the hospital, this action can clear functions, carry out responsibility, and to take a comprehensive approach. The function of this offce was investigation, supervision, punishment and education. And this office was to link up difference department, play a core role in management ethos in the hospital.
