摘要
随着GaN技术的迅速发展,对于L波段星载功率放大器应用,基于GaN器件的固态放大器同行波管放大器相比在效率、可靠性等方面优势显著。描述了一种L波段星载脉冲固态放大器设计,该放大器在脉宽500μs,占空比10%测试条件下,峰值输出功率大于800 W,增益56 d B,在整个频带内输出效率约为43%。一次母线工作电压为90~100 V,母线电流纹波小于0.5 A。
With the development of GaN technology,GaN based Solid-State Power Amplifier( SSPA) shows more efficiency and reliability compared to the Travelling Wave Tube Amplifier( TWTA) for L-Band sapceborne applications. This paper describes the detailed design and development of a spaceborne L-Band pulsed solid state power amplifier to deliver800 watt peak output power,56 d B gain with 500 μs pulse width and 10% duty cycle. The measured efficiency is about 43%over the operating frequency range. Furthermore,the main bus voltage is 90 V to 110 V,and the current ripple is less than 0. 5 A.
