摘要
基于多元智能理论、积极心理学与潜能发展心理学说,江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校与时俱进提出了"潜能德育"的育人理念。"潜能德育"以梅文化为依托,以激发学生道德发展的内在潜能为工作核心,从文化、行为、活动、技能、评价的不同视角,构建了育人工作体系,成就学生梅品人生,取得了显著的德育成效。
Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, positive psychology and potential development psychology, Jiangsu Yangzhou Tourism Business School keeps pace with the times and puts forward the idea of "potential moral education". The "potential moral education" takes the plum culture as the basis and stimulating the inherent potential of the students' moral development as the core, to construct the talent training system from the different angles of culture, behavior, activities,skills and evaluation, in order to achieve their goals. So far, it has achieved remarkable results in moral education.
