摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理人员采取层级管理在手术室突发事件中的应用效果。方法:2014年4月~2016年4月我科通过采取层级管理,来完善手术室危急事件应急预案,制定分工及急救内容,强化应急演练后实施,观察效果。结果:采用完善后的应急预案,手术室护理人员能迅速、熟练地配合抢救,为外科医师争取了宝贵的时间,为患者的生命增加了更有力的保障,缩短了手术时间,降低了手术后并发症的发生,减轻了患者的经济负担。结论:手术室采用层级管理后能提高手术室护理人员灾害应对能力及抢救效率。
Objective： To explore the application effect of hierarchical management in emergency of operation room. Methods： Our department adopted hierarchical management to improve the emergency plan in the operation room,formulate the division of labor and emergency content,strengthen the implementation after emergency drills and observe the effect from April 2014 to April 2016. Results： With the application of the improved emergency plan,the nursing staff in the operation room can quickly and skillfully cooperate in rescue to save valuable time for the surgeon,provide stronger guarantee for the life of patient,shorten operation time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the economic burden of the patients. Conclusion： The application of the hierarchical management in operation room can improve the disaster coping ability and rescue efficiency of nursing staff in operation room.
