摘要
介绍了上海漕泾电厂2×1000 MW超超临界汽轮发电机组汽轮机供热改造后的情况,结合化工区的热需求状态,指出了供热改造中的一些不足。针对目前供热中产生的问题,提出了优化的方案,并对方案进行了比选。根据比选结果,从0号抽汽的安全性、经济性等方面对优化方案进行了阐述。从而,通过供热系统设计优化在保证机组的安全性的前提下大大降低了煤耗,为其它同类型机组的供热改造提供了借鉴经验。
The article introduces heating renovation of 2 x 1 000 MW super critical turbo generator units at Shanghai caohejing power plant. Combined with heating demand from chemical district, the author points out some shortcomings during heating renovation. Focused on current existing heating problems, the author puts forward optimization solution and makes a comparison. According to comparison result, the author introduces optimization solution from safety and economy features of steaming extraction from 0 unit. It gives reference to other same types units heating renovation through heating system design optimization while unit safety is guaranteed and coal consumption is reduced.
