摘要
根据矿用电动轮卡车在下坡和减速时产生大量电能的运行特点提出储能方案,并着重对能量变换器的稳定性进行研究。根据矿用电动轮卡车储能系统能量双向流动的特点,引入半桥式DC/DC变换器。在对半桥式DC/DC变换器工作原理分析的基础上,推导出相应的传递函数,并对控制方法进行研究,建立统一的数学模型进行仿真分析和优化,从而实现半桥式DC/DC变换器的双向稳定控制。
According to the operation characteristics of the electric energy of mining electrical wheels truck in the downhill and deceleration. Proposes energy storage scheme and focus on the stability of the energy converter. Half bridge DC/DC converter is introduced in view of studying bidirectional flow of energy storage system in mining electrical wheels truck. On the basis of analyzing how the half bridge DC/DC converter works. Transfer function is first deduced. Secondly, the control method is studied. Finally, mathematical model is established for simulation analysis and optimization, it can ensure bidirectional stability control of half bridge DC/DC converter.
