摘要
心理疏导和思想政治教育的结合可以加强思想政治教育的人文性和情感性,增强思想政治教育的针对性,体现思想政治教育的个体性,提高思想政治教育的可接受性。心理疏导在大学生思想政治教育中的运用有三种相关:直接相关、间接相关、潜在相关。运用心理疏导提升大学生思想政治教育效能从三个方面入手:优化大学生思想政治教育的人文环境、加强大学生思想政治工作者队伍建设、灵活运用心理疏导的方法和技巧。
The combination of psychological counseling and ideological political education can strengthen the humanism, emotionality and pertinence of ideological political education. It can reflect the individuality of ideological political education and enhance its acceptability as well. There are three related aspects about the application of psychological counseling to college students＇ ideological political education： direct correlation, indirect correlation and potential correlation. The efficiency of ideological political education for college students can be improved from three aspects by applying psychological counseling： to optimize the humane environment of the ideological political education for college students, to strengthen the group construction of teachers working in this field, and to apply flexibly the methods and techniques of psychological counseling.
