摘要
本文主要阐述了BIM运维的背景、探讨BIM建筑运维的技术可行性,进一步提出了BIM运维的架构及应用,对BIM在建筑运维领域新技术的应用与推广开拓了新的道路。
This paper mainly expounds the background of BIM, BIM operation and maintenance of the building operation and maintenance of the technical feasibility, further put forward the BIM operation and maintenance of the structure and application of BIM in construction, operation and maintenance of the new technology in the field of application and promotion of new road.
