摘要
CFG桩复合地基是储罐地基处理的方式之一,针对储罐对地基不均匀沉降要求严格的特点,指出储罐复合地基设计宜从承载力控制转变为沉降控制,分析了CFG桩复合地基的沉降计算方法,基于工程最优化设计理论,提出了按沉降控制的储罐CFG桩复合地基优化设计方法,给出了设计变量、目标函数和约束条件.通过应用于某原油储库的工程实例,验证了方法的可行性和经济性.
CFG pile composite foundation is one of the methods of foundation treatment for storage tanks.According to behaviors of the uneven settlement of storage tank foundation,it is pointed out that the design method of composite foundation should be settlement controlling instead of bearing capacity controlling The settlement calculation method has been analyzed and a new settlement controlling design method based on optimization theory has been brought forward for CFG pile composite foundation forstorage tanksThe design variable,objective function and constraint conditions has been put forward.This method has been used of one of the storage tanks of a crude oil project.The feasibility and economical efficiency of this method through the application in practical projects has been verified.
