摘要
通过对徐州物流市场的调研,指出了物流经营的市场主体及其行为发展缺乏生态效应、物流生态法治化体系不健全的问题,从法律层面提出物流行业发展宏观调控法治化、物流市场发展生态化、市场准入制度化和经营行为规范化等建设措施,引导物流企业在法治思维下实现区域生态化发展,从而真正实现区域经济发展的低成本支撑的作用、奠定物流业发展提升城市功能品质的基础.
Through investigating Xuzhou logistics market, this paper points out the market subject of logistics business and problems of the lack of ecological effect and imperfect legal system of logistics ecology. Based on that, it puts forward construction measures such as realizing legislation of macro-control for logistics industry development, ecologiealization of logistics market development, institutionalization of market access and standardization of business behaviors to guide the enterprises to realize ecological development under the legal thinking and realize the effect of low cost support for regional economic development and lay the foundation of logistics industry development for improving quality urban functions.
