摘要
教育问题很容易以社会问题的面貌呈现在社会大众面前饱受议论,而受众人群的千差万别会对同一个问题做出不同理解形成各种舆论声音。互联网时代让信息传播速度加快,人们接收信息的渠道增多,教育相关问题的舆论环境需要及时、有力、有效的话语引领和通道保障。恢复教育的本然状态,充分发挥国民教育发扬传统民族文化精神的能力、树立正确人才观的能力、满足学习者个性化教育需求的能力,需借力官方主流舆论的正向引导优化舆论环境、行业舆论的中转流通优化舆论通道、公众舆论的渐行渐近优化舆论质量。
The problem of education can easily appear in the face of social problems and be talked about in front of the public, and the audience in different ways will make different understandings of the same problem and form various public opinions. The Internet can make the speed of information transmission speed up, the channel for people to receive information increased. The public opinion envi- ronment of education-related issues needs timely, powerful and effective discourse guidance and channel guarantee. In order to restore the original state of education, to make full use of the ability of national education to carry forward the spirit of traditional national cul- ture, and to set up a correct view about talents and to meet individual educational needs of learners, we need to optimize public opinion environment with the help of official mainstream positive guidance, to optimize public opinion channel with the transfer of public opinion and to optimize the quality of public opinion with the public opinion drifted away.
