关于碘化法提纯金属锆的工艺及机理研究

摘要 对碘化法提纯金属锆的工艺及机理进行研究。在碘化法提纯金属锆的进程中,温度决定着反应速率以及沉积速率,对低温区与高温区碘化法提纯金属锆的工艺及机理进行分析,试验结果证实,在温度不大于250℃的低温区金属锆提纯工艺质量较高,并且碘加入量的增加在提升生产效率方面有所帮助。希望本文论述的内容,在指导现实生产工艺方面有所帮助。 The process and mechanism of iodized metal zirconium are studied. In the purification process of zirconium metal iodide method, determine the reaction rate and deposition rate, temperature of low temperature zone and high temperature purification process and mechanism of zirconium metal iodide method is analyzed, the results confirmed that the temperature is not more than 250 ℃ low temperature zone of zirconium metal purification craft quality is higher, and the increased amount of iodine added help in raising the production efficiency. It is hoped that the content of this paper will be helpful in guiding the actual production process.
