摘要
为了提高光伏接入配电网单相自动重合闸的成功率,减少配电网瞬时性故障的非全相运行时间,搭建了适用于配电网的二次电弧模型,通过对二次电弧阶段故障相出口电压进行快速傅里叶分解,分析了在瞬时性故障与永久性故障时,故障相基波电压幅值变化率的差异,提出了在二次电弧阶段基于故障相基波分量的故障识别方法,该方法具有原理简单、计算量小和识别速度快的优点。通过在PSCAD中建立动态仿真模型,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
In order to improve the success rate of single phase auto reclosure in distribution network and reduce the time of non-full phase operation in distribution network transient fault, the second arc model is established for distribution network, the output voltage of fault phase is decomposed by fast Fourier in the second arc stage, the difference of the change rate of the fundamental voltage amplitude of the fault phase is analyzed in the case of transient fault and permanent fault, a fault identification method based on the fundamental component of fault phase is proposed in the second arc stage, the method has the advantages of simple principle and low calculation speed and high recognition speed.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by building a dynamic simulation model in PSCAD.
